Are you selling or buying a home? We can review your sprinkler system before or after the sale with an inspection service.

INSPECTION SERVICE EXAMPLE

Today we preformed an system check / inspection of the system, especially any heads that were not collapsing after the system shut down.  This is normal behavior since the system has not been in use.  

Once the system works on a regular basis the heads will return to the ground after shutting off.  The heads do not need to be replaced at this time.
