Maintenance Plan

Genesis 7 offers a maintenance plan for your sprinkler system.
We visit three times a year at a discount and preferential scheduling for your appointments.

VISIT #1 SPRING START UP

A sprinkler system start up includes; Turn on the water, visual inspection of plumbing and backflow device, Clean and adjust heads, perform an assessment of the system, program controller. Visual inspection of the backflow.

VISIT #2 SUMMER CHECK

 Clean and adjust heads, perform an assessment of the system, program controller.

VISIT #3 FALL SHUTDOWN

A sprinkler system shut down; water is drained from the system where possible and insulated from the cold on sensitive parts and pipes. This prevents freeze damage and costly repairs to fragile components of the system. Repair parts sold separately.
