We offer a maintenance plan for our residential and commercial customers based on their system.

IRRIGATION SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement between Genesis 7 and the customer is valid for one year from the date of this agreement. The contract consists of the following services listed below. You are also provided additional 10% off labor and material for all repairs with this annual service agreement.

Spring Start Up:

Adjust and raise sprinkler heads as needed
Turn water on to system and run thru all zones
Program and Test Controller
Evaluate system

Mid Season Inspection

Program Controller if needed
Check Rain Sensor
Evaluation coverage
Adjust and raise sprinkler heads as needed

Winter Shut Down

Turn Water Off
Drain backflow
Wrap with insulation to protect against freezing

Service agreement charges are due in advance at the beginning of the contract
