When choosing a name for our company, we wanted something simple and easy to remember. We thought most people were familiar with the first book of the Bible, Genesis, and that many people associate the number seven with good fortune. At the time, we had no idea what Genesis Chapter 7 was about, so we looked it up. To our surprise, it tells the story of Noah entering the ark before the great flood and the rains that followed.
Considering that we work with irrigation and water systems, the connection felt too meaningful to be a coincidence. We like to think it was heaven-sent.
